Setting up Voice ID and About Me

Action Card brings home only the promises you made. To do that, it needs to recognise your voice (Voice ID) and know a little about you (About Me).
Set up Voice ID
You set up Voice ID once.
- Open the DTEN app and go to Settings › Voice ID.
- Tap Set up.
- In a quiet place, read the three short passages on screen out loud. That is the whole setup.
About Me
After a few meetings, the app suggests details about you: your role, the projects you work on and the nicknames people use for you — for example, “People also call you ‘Mo’?”. Nothing is added until you confirm it. These details help the card notice when someone asks you to do something, even when they use a nickname.
Privacy
- Voice ID is used only to recognise you.
- You can clear About Me, or remove your voiceprint, whenever you choose, from Settings › Voice ID.
