Sending meetings to Zoom My Notes

A lot of your work happens away from the meeting link: the hallway, the lunch, the customer call. Action Card captures those moments and can deliver them to Zoom My Notes, so Zoom AI Companion has more of the story and you explain less.
Connect your Zoom account
- In the DTEN app, go to Settings › Integrations › Zoom.
- Tap Connect and sign in to Zoom.
- Approve the requested permissions.
What gets delivered
Each recorded meeting shows up in Zoom My Notes with its title, date, time, participants and a short summary. For example:
Atlas Weekly Sync — Thu, Oct 8 · 10:00–10:45 · Morgan, Priya, Daniel, Elena
Atlas pricing needs one more revision before Friday; the hiring plan gets its own follow-up.
Cost
- There is no extra DTEN fee for Zoom My Notes delivery.
- Recording still uses transcription minutes from your DTEN plan.
- What AI Companion can do with your notes depends on your Zoom account.
