Welcome to the DTEN Action service. Below is the official Terms of Use agreement between you and DTEN, Inc. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the DTEN Action app, the DTEN Action Card recorder, and the associated DTEN cloud services (collectively, the “Service”).

Important Notice for U.S. Users: Please review Section 18 carefully. It contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how legal disputes are resolved, and it explains how you can opt out within 30 days of accepting these terms.
