Finding your action items in My Actions

Share

When a recorded meeting ends, open the DTEN app: the things you promised are already listed in My Actions, grouped by meeting.

What counts as an action

An action is something you committed to do, such as “I’ll send you the updated draft before we meet.” It also covers requests other people made of you: “Mo, can I get the revised pricing deck before Friday?” becomes Send Priya the revised pricing deck by Friday.

Only the promises you made come home to My Actions. The rest stays with the meeting.

See why something is an action

Tap an action, then Why this is an action, to see the background and the exact words it came from.

Example

After a meeting called Atlas Weekly Sync (Thu, Oct 8), My Actions might show:

  • Send Priya the revised pricing deck by Friday
  • Book a 30-min follow-up with Daniel on the hiring plan
  • Share the Q4 headcount summary with Elena
  • Confirm the partner review date

If an action is missing

  • Check that Voice ID is set up. Without it, the card cannot tell your voice from other people’s.
  • Make sure the meeting was recorded from start to finish.
  • Confirm the nicknames suggested in About Me, so requests made to you by nickname are picked up.
