Shipping Information

1. Shipping in the United States

  • Standard shipping is free on all Action Card orders shipped within the United States.
  • Orders ship with USPS. Estimate Delivery is typically 3 to 5 days after your order ships, depending on your location.
  • We ship to any U.S. address that USPS delivers to, at no extra cost.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping the first week of November 2026, in the order they were placed.
  • The date on your order confirmation is the payment date, not the shipping date.
  • If you need to cancel or change your address, contact DTEN Support before your order ships.

3. Outside the United States

  • Action Card is currently available for shipping within the United States only.
