DTEN recommend customers to update their DTEN firmware to the latest versions above the ones listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN D7 55 s1 &#8211; minimum v1.6.1: <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/dten-d7-55-release-1-6-1-september-28-2020\/\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN D7 55 s2 &#8211; no minimum firmware requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN D7 75 &#8211; minimum v2.3.0: <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/dten-d7-75-release-2-3-0-september-25-2020\/\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN ON &#8211; no minimum firmware requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN ME, ME Pro &#8211; no minimum firmware requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN GO w\/ DTEN MATE &#8211; no minimum firmware requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DTEN Bar\/Mate POE\/Mate WIFI\/D7X Series: no minimum firmware requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01EZAKDCCC89YEQB5X8V37Q92X\">DTEN Orbit registration process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01FP1AVVG04HV3YJ4X0ZSGHDPY\">For Existing DTEN devices Already In Use:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please sign up for a DTEN Orbit account at the Orbit registration page:<a href=\"https:\/\/orbit.dten.com\/registration\/sign-up\"> <strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please provide the following information back to the DTEN team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DTEN Orbit account owner email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DTEN ID Number for each of the DTEN products covered under your Orbit plan,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To find the DTEN IDs for all DTEN devices: <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/how-to-find-dten-ids-in-all-the-dten-devices\/\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For D7 55 Series 1 units, please follow the instructions <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/how-to-check-the-dten-firmware-version-and-dten-id-number-on-the-d7-unit\/\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a> or below:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/how-to-contact-dten-for-support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">open a ticket with DTEN Support<\/a> with the information requested (Orbit account email and DTEN ID) for Orbit registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01FP1AW2ABNWZ8E4CW2RS02SGE\">For New DTEN Devices:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During the setup process, activate your DTEN systems once you receive them.
