For information, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362683-Network-Firewall-or-Proxy-Server-Settings-for-Zoom\">click here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes and will automatically restart<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not disconnect or power off during the update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resolved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fixed Bug: Resolved an issue where upgrading ZR to version 6.7.0 and using it with a Relay Speaker caused the device to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect during meetings. Upon rejoining, the interface would display a black screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Known Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zoom Rooms on Android:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relay Speaker<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The device may experience disconnection of the Relay Speaker after a power cycle or during prolonged meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quick Fix: <\/strong>Power cycle the device or the Relay Speaker, or reinsert the wireless dongle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MacBook Screen Sharing Black Screen in Zoom Rooms<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MacBook users may encounter a black screen when sharing content via a Type-C USB cable in a Zoom meeting. This issue is more likely to occur if the MacBook enters sleep mode during the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quick Fix: <\/strong>Update the MacBook operating system to the latest available version.
