For information, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362683-Network-Firewall-or-Proxy-Server-Settings-for-Zoom\">click here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The update will not start if the device is engaged in a meeting or calendar event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The update takes approximately 30-45 minutes; DTEN D7 will automatically restart\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not disconnect or power off during the update<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Feature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sleep mode to turn the device&#8217;s screen on\/off on DTEN Orbit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DTEN logo (soft button) &#8211; Tap on the DTEN logo at the top left on the DTEN Mate screen, to enter the Dashboard Menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modified<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When DTEN Mate is in sleep mode, plugging and unplugging the power cord will not wake up the device<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resolved<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Other minor bug fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Known Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It may take up to 30 seconds for DTEN GO to display the correct DTEN Mate version after boot up. If you see a version mismatch, please wait, and it will be resolved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There may be a delay in QR code scanning. Try adjusting the brightness in the DTEN Mate settings or tilting the DTEN Mate screen so it faces the DTEN GO camera at an angle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the update is completed, the screen display size may be restored to 100%, which may be different from the one set before the update. This will be fixed in the next release.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple plugging and unplugging of USB-c may cause the failure of the DTEN Smart Connect function. Restart the device to restore.
