Prerequisites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A Zoom Rooms license<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Zoom Rooms for iPad controller application, version 4.0 or later<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Zoom Rooms for Mac, version 4.0 or later<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Zoom Rooms for PC, version 4.0.44731.0823 or later<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Scheduling the display On\/Off times via Zoom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For a Single Room<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a \u201cZoom Room administrator\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on \u201cRoom Management\u201d > \u201cZoom Rooms<\/a>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the Edit button next to the Zoom Room you want to manage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Next, scroll to the \u201cRoom Setup\u201d section of the \u201cEdit Room\u201d page and toggle the Yes\/No switch next to \u201cDevice Operation Time\u201d to the \u201cYes\u201d position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Enter the earliest \u201cstart-time\u201d and the latest \u201cend time\u201d for when the room will be in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Select which \u201cday\u201d or \u201cdays\u201d the room will be in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Select which devices are \u201cturned off\u201d or \u201cdimmed\u201d during the hours and days that the room is not in use. You can then select the \u201cTV\u201d, the \u201ciPad controller\u201d, or \u201cboth\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Click the \u201cSave Changes\u201d button at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      For Multiple Zoom Rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator for a Zoom Room floor, building, or other part of the hierarchy to which you have access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click \u201cRoom Management\u201d > Zoom Rooms<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click the \u201cEdit\u201d link next to the part of the hierarchy you want to change.
        For example, if you are the administrator for \u201cBuildingA\u201d in the \u201cexample.com\u201d organization, click the \u201cEdit\u201d link next to \u201cBuildingA\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. On the Edit page for your location (in this example, the \u201cEdit Building\u201d page), scroll to the \u201cDevice Operation Time\u201d section and toggle the Yes\/No switch to the Yes position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Enter the earliest \u201cstart time\u201d and the latest \u201cend time\u201d for when any room in the location will be in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Select which \u201cday\u201d or \u201cdays\u201d any room will be in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
