{"id":33864,"date":"2026-05-28T11:58:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T11:58:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/help\/articles\/resetting-a-dten-windows-d7-d7x-w-device-to-factory-defaults\/"},"modified":"2026-10-28T04:08:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T04:08:40","slug":"resetting-a-dten-windows-d7-d7x-w-device-to-factory-defaults","status":"publish","type":"kb_article","link":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/ko\/help\/articles\/resetting-a-dten-windows-d7-d7x-w-device-to-factory-defaults\/","title":{"rendered":"Resetting a DTEN Windows (D7\/D7X-W) Device to Factory Defaults"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Applies to:<\/strong> DTEN Windows devices (D7, D7X-Windows)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This guide explains how to reset your DTEN Windows device to factory settings using a wired USB keyboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before You Begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will need a <strong>wired USB keyboard<\/strong> (Windows-compatible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plug the keyboard into one of the <strong>blue-colored USB ports<\/strong> on the side of the device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plug in a Windows wired USB keyboard into one of the blue-colored USB ports on the PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Look to the left side of the display and find the PC embedded into the side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the PC\u2019s \u201cpower\u201d button.
