Admins can create an update schedule that will automatically install Microsoft updates to enrolled devices. Click <strong>Device Management<\/strong>, then click <strong>Windows Updates Management<\/strong>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969506695-f1ia5j.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From this page you can view the following information in each column:<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969506828-7nbhuh.png\" alt=\"\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Details:<\/strong> A description of the update package. Click the update then click <strong>See Details<\/strong> for more information from Microsoft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classification:<\/strong> This indicates the type of update. For example, security, critical, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Publish Date:<\/strong> This indicates when the update was published by Microsoft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assigned Devices:<\/strong> The number of devices that the update has been assigned to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installed Status:<\/strong> The installed status of all devices the update has been assigned to. For example, if 100 devices were assigned the update and it has been installed on 30, the Installed Status would be 30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to assign or ignore updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/zoom.us\">zoom.us<\/a> and sign in. Open <strong>Room Management<\/strong>, click <strong>Device Management<\/strong>, then click <strong>Windows Updates Management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From this page you can assign or ignore updates individually or in bulk.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assigning or ignoring updates individually:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Move your mouse cursor over the three-dotted icon.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969506955-famt8p.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Assign Devices<\/strong>, then select the devices you would like the update assigned to. Click <strong>Assign<\/strong> to finish. <br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969507060-pvnp3.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Ignore this Update<\/strong> and the entry will be moved to the Ignored tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assigning or ignoring updates in bulk:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place a check mark next to the updates you want to select.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969507201-koah78.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Assign Devices<\/strong> or <strong>Ignore<\/strong>.<br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969507323-bxly78.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once an update has been ignored you can find it again by clicking on the <strong>Ignored<\/strong> tab. Click <strong>Put back<\/strong> to move it back to the <strong>Active Updates<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to configure an update schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/zoom.us\">zoom.us<\/a> and sign in.
