{"id":33524,"date":"2026-05-28T11:56:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T11:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/help\/articles\/orbit-audio-external-audio-services-for-dten-d7x-android-or-dten-bar\/"},"modified":"2026-10-28T04:08:06","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T04:08:06","slug":"orbit-audio-external-audio-services-for-dten-d7x-android-or-dten-bar","status":"publish","type":"kb_article","link":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/ko\/help\/articles\/orbit-audio-external-audio-services-for-dten-d7x-android-or-dten-bar\/","title":{"rendered":"Orbit Audio &#8211; External Audio Services for DTEN D7X Android or DTEN Bar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OVERVIEW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orbit Audio is a feature designed to enhance your meeting experience by enabling seamless connectivity with authorized third-party audio devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preconditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature requires your devices to meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orbit License:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Valid Business Pro license<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Supported model:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DTEN D7X Android<\/strong><strong>Edition<\/strong>(Firmware version 1.6.2 and above.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DTEN Bar<\/strong> (Firmware version 1.3.22 and above.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(More device models will support this feature in the future.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to enable this feature?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 1: Enable in Device Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Check and choose to enable Orbit Audio on Device&gt; Settings level for a specific DTEN unit in the device&#8217;s Settings page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in <a href=\"https:\/\/testcn.dten.com\/registration\/login\">Orbit<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Device Management<\/strong> to expand the drop down;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Device List<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your DTEN ID of the device;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on your <strong>Device<\/strong> and go to <strong>Settings page<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can enable <strong>Orbit Audio<\/strong> for this specific device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important Note: This is only possible if the device has a Pro License.
