Two distinct methods are detailed: the On-Device Reset, a software-driven process accessible from within the system settings for standard initialization, and the Force Factory Reset, a hardware-based recovery technique employed to resolve critical system failures by using the device\u2019s physical buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 1: On-Device Reset<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br>1. Plug in a Windows wired USB keyboard into one of the blue-colored USB ports on the PC (OPS).<br>2. Look to the left side of the display and find the PC embedded into the side. <br>3. Find the PC\u2019s \u201c<strong>power<\/strong>\u201d button. <strong>Press and hold for 4 seconds<\/strong> to completely shut down the PC.<br>4. Press the \u201c<strong>power<\/strong>\u201d button again to power on the PC.<br>5. Press down on the <strong>CTRL + F4<\/strong> keys to place the PC into recovery while the screen shows the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"423\" height=\"135\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353151-ys3qjp.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353151-ys3qjp.png 423w, https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353151-ys3qjp-300x96.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 423px) 100vw, 423px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>(Note: If you have a Logitech keyboard, press down on the <strong>CTRL + Function + F4 keys<\/strong>) <br>6. After approximately 5 minutes of executing, the PC will enter recovery while in the \u201c Out of Box \u201d (OOB) state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method 2: Force Factory Reset(Hardware Method)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><br>1. Power Requirement<br>Ensure the power cord is connected to a stable and reliable power source.<br>2. Activate Reset Button<br>(Prerequisite: The device is turned on. )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Locate the <strong>Factory Reset button<\/strong> on the device&#8217;s OPS module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>OPS power button<\/strong> once to turn it off. The device screen will display \u201cNo Signal\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hold the Factory Reset button<\/strong> (using a paperclip or pin<strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353300-a7xc7i.png\" alt=\"\"><\/strong>) approximately <strong>10-15 seconds<\/strong>, while holding the reset button, simultaneously press the <strong>OPS power button<\/strong> to turn it on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release the reset button <strong>only after<\/strong> the device factory reset interface appears on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"295\" height=\"365\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353427-mx0wqi.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353427-mx0wqi.png 295w, https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image-1779969353427-mx0wqi-242x300.png 242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 295px) 100vw, 295px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
