{"id":33254,"date":"2026-05-28T11:55:28","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T11:55:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/help\/articles\/setup-static-or-dynamic-ip-for-d7-and-d7x-windows\/"},"modified":"2026-10-28T04:07:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T04:07:40","slug":"setup-static-or-dynamic-ip-for-d7-and-d7x-windows","status":"publish","type":"kb_article","link":"https:\/\/www.dten.dev\/ko\/help\/articles\/setup-static-or-dynamic-ip-for-d7-and-d7x-windows\/","title":{"rendered":"Setup static or dynamic IP for D7 and D7X Windows"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Log into Windows System&#8212;Switching Between Users<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please plug in the Windows-layout wired keyboard onto the PC&#8217;s blue USB port (the rear, top-left port).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press <strong>Ctrl + Alt + Delete<\/strong> and you will see the following screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please click on \u201c<strong>Sign Out<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be brought to the Windows lock screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, please select \u201cZoomAdmin\u201d as the account to log in to Windows 10.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will then see the prompt to log in to \u201cZoomAdmin\u201d. Please enter the default password <strong>Zoom1234<\/strong> and log in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>(Please Note: If you do not know the passwords for the \u201cZoom\u201d and \u201cZoomAdmin\u201d users, please refer to <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/how-to-log-into-windows-on-the-dten-d7-system\/\">HERE<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setting a Static\/Dynamic IP Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have logged in to Windows system, then please long tap the Windows icon on the Windows screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Settings <\/strong>-&gt; <strong>Network &amp; Internet<\/strong> -&gt; select <strong>Wi-Fi or Ethernet<\/strong> depending on your network connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right-click on the network you want to change and click on \u201c<strong>Properties<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the list of \u201cNetworking\u201d items, click on \u201c<strong>Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP\/IPv4)<\/strong>\u201d to highlight it, then click the <strong>Properties <\/strong>button below the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure IP:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Static: Select &#8220;Use the following IP address&#8221; and enter your specific IP, Subnet Mask, and Gateway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Dynamic: Select &#8220;Obtain an IP address automatically&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have additional questions or need to contact DTEN Support, please refer to this DTEN Knowledge Base article for more details: <a href=\"\/help\/articles\/how-to-contact-dten-for-support\/\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Log into Windows System&#8212;Switching Between Users (Please Note: If you do not know the passwords for the \u201cZoom\u201d and \u201cZoomAdmin\u201d users, please refer to HERE).
