class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Manual HDMI Content Share<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To enable manually-initiated wired HDMI content sharing:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sign in to the Zoom web portal as a user with access to Zoom Rooms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Room Management<\/strong> and then <strong>Zoom Rooms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the desired Zoom Room and click <strong>Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Meeting<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle on <strong>Start HDMI content share manually on controller<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With this setting enabled, you can disable automatic detection for HDMI sharing, which is useful for dedicated devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Using Local Content Sharing in a Zoom Room Meeting<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start a Zoom Room meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plug in your devices for manual or automatic HDMI sharing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shared content will appear on the Zoom Rooms display but will not be shown to participants initially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To share the content with meeting participants:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap <strong>Share Content<\/strong>, then tap <strong>Share to Meeting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also plug in devices and begin sharing before starting the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>HDMI Source Switch in DTEN Orbit<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orbit settings have higher priority than Zoom portal options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable the HDMI default setting in Orbit to allow the device to automatically agree to the BYOD prompt and show the HDMI IN signal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the Zoom portal BYOD option is also enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
