Connection Prompt<\/strong> feature, explains how to configure it in Orbit Portal, and outlines the operational procedures for the BYOD function under both conditions: when the prompt is <strong>enabled<\/strong> and <strong>not enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preconditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature requires your devices to meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D7X Android and DTEN Bar Support BYOD Connection Prompt under Teams mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supported model:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DTEN D7X Android<\/strong><strong>Edition<\/strong>(Firmware version 1.7.0 and above.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DTEN Bar<\/strong> (Firmware version 1.3.0 and above.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Enable BYOD Connection Prompt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The BYOD Connection Prompt (Beta) is a feature that enhances the Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) sharing experience on DTEN devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the Orbit Portal as an admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to Device Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Tenant Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle &#8220;BYOD Connection Prompt for Teams Room (Beta)&#8221; to ON.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"520\" height=\"250\" BYOD:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect your laptop using a via single USB-C or USB-C-to-USB-A + HDMI cables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll see two options:<br> Smart Connect Mode (BYOD)<br> Teams screen Share<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Mode<\/strong>: Enable the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) function.<br><strong>Teams Screen Share<\/strong>: Serve as the screen sharing function for your PC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When the BYOD Connection Prompt (Beta) is Not Enabled to Use BYOD:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect your laptop using a <strong>single USB-C<\/strong> or <strong>USB-C-to-USB-A + HDMI<\/strong> cables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>More<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
