Apply with your work email

.org email addresses are approved instantly. All others go through a quick manual review.

Enter your code and fill in your details

Enter the activation code from your inbox, then add your contact info, role, and social links.

Add it to Apple or Google Wallet, or share your link directly — ready to use right away.

Once you’re live, sign in to your dashboard anytime to update your details or check on your physical NFC card.

Does the recipient need to download an app? +

No. They just scan your QR code and your card opens straight in their browser, nothing to download.

Is there any cost? +

No. Your digital NameCard is free for nonprofit teams. When 15 people save your contact within any 30-day window, we'll also send you a physical NFC card at no cost. Physical cards ship to US addresses; the digital card is available worldwide.

How does the application work? +

Enter your work email on the application page. If it ends in .org, you're approved instantly and receive an activation code right away. All other emails go through a quick manual review.

We have a whole team. Can everyone get a card? +

Yes. Every team member can apply and set up their own card independently.

Can I update my card after it is shared? +

Yes. Edit your details anytime from your dashboard, everyone who has your card sees the latest version immediately.

Can I get the physical card without using the digital one first? +

Everyone starts with a digital NameCard. The physical one follows when 15 people save your contact within any 30-day window, we’ll send it your way.

What counts as a Save Contact? +

When someone taps Save Contact on your NameCard page, it counts as one save.
The same device only counts once per day, so the number reflects real connections.

What information can I put on my card? +

Your name, job title, and company are required. You can also add your phone, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and personal website — all optional.
